Along with developing great relationships with our clients, we excel at finding the right home and negotiating a great price.  We are quite skilled in dealing with both first time and experienced home buyers, and can provide counsel on the purchase process and resources for financing options and alternatives if you are interested.

We also take the time to preview homes prior to showing them to you, to weed out the "dogs", and show you only the best properties available.

• We set you up with a Listing ALERT on the MLS, (based on your specific search criteria) which you will receive via email at no cost or obligation.
• We educate first-time buyers on the home purchase process and special programs.
• We save you time by previewing potential homes in advance.
• We use MySite to view property photos and details.
• We schedule showings on properties that meet your criteria and fit your calendar.
• We thoroughly evaluate the characteristics of potential properties.
• We compile comparative home market analyses prior to making an offer to the seller.
• We negotiate all aspects of the transaction.
• We advocate solely for your interests throughout the process.
• We offer referrals to trusted professionals for your mortgage, inspection, insurance, and other services you may need.

RELOCATING
The challenges of relocation are familiar to Erin and I because we moved to Colorado from the east coast (NYC). A good portion of our business comes from people who are relocating, and we enjoy showing off the area we love and pointing out the local "secrets.” When clients schedule a time with us to see the Boulder area, we try to block out several days to focus on their needs..

Erin was a career counselor for many years, and has met hundreds of employers in the area. She has reviewed and critiqued many resumes for our clients, and can provide essential advice in the local job market. We are both active leaders in the Boulder Chamber of Commerce and in the local community, and have many contacts to help you make your home here.

Our relocation services include all those in the Buying section, plus the following:
